Management projects

Carrying out a study or investigation (discreetly, if necessary), meeting potentially interesting candidates, formalizing and writing up strategic texts, analyzing a project, defining the components in a set of specifications and writing them up, or gathering the resources for an important meeting and preparing for it… these are just a few of the situations and tasks to be performed that might cause managers to feel uncomfortable if they lack sufficient availability.
In these situations, it's hard for managers not to feel bad that they can't be everywhere at once, or play several instruments at the same time, especially when a deadline is practically impossible to meet in light of their other commitments.
EDAXIS is experienced in these contracting assistance situations and the discretion they require. The intervention can be compared to delegating a task, mobilizing a resource that is immediately available; in short, the resource is external and does not cause any administrative difficulties. English-speaking countries are used to using consultants in these situations to improve efficiency. The experience EDAXIS has acquired gives it the ability to be available to you to handle this type of situation. Of course, we would never claim to be able to meet each and every one of your needs… but that doesn't mean we can't help you with many of them.

Interim management

At times, more drastic events may occur suddenly or certain decisions may need to be made quickly, leaving a void in the management of a business division or central function. Replacement may take a significant amount of time, which creates risks in terms of normal running and monitoring of business. The EDAXIS manager has already been brought in to assume interim management under these circumstances, and may if necessary take advantage of this status to implement the reforms planned for and decided on by and with the company's general management.
This jurisdiction is in no case extended to every area of business; rather, it is limited to the scope of initial (and ongoing) training and experience acquired with repeat clients.
