EDAXIS is a strategy and organization consulting and services company (SARL, limited liability company) whose main area of specialization is sustainable development. The company was created in 2001 based on expertise in sustainable development acquired over the years since 1996 and experience working as a company consultant since 1976. After 30 years of experience, EDAXIS has developed several deeply-held beliefs:

• The belief that a company's success depends in large part on the ability of its managers to accomplish their tasks calmly; EDAXIS supports management teams in their projects and contributes to their effectiveness in management.
  
  
• The belief that a modern company's economic model must include an expanded sense of responsibility to everyone involved with the company: clients, staff, and shareholders, of course, but also business partners (suppliers and sub-contractors), civil society, local governments, and the environment; EDAXIS helps clients to integrate the model of sustainable development into their strategies and organize themselves accordingly.

Education in science, particularly biology; a profession learned very early on in one of the leading consulting firms in the '70s and '80s, (Eurequip); supervision of transactions and personnel since 1984; an entrepreneurial spirit put to use in 1988; the desire to serve his clients and practice his profession conscientiously and freely; increasingly broad and thorough experience… these are a few of the characteristics of Eric le Gouvello, who then set himself up as a freelancer with EDAXIS, joining a network of others with similar and complementary expertise working to meet a variety of unique client needs.
